Building a site for beginner

Ever thought of building a site for yourself? It is much easier as compare to 10 years ago. Where building of site are only for IT geeks or professional.

Two basic things you need.

1) Register for a domain (e.g. www.yahoo.com) Yearly subscription

2) Sign for web hosting (server to hold your page data) Monthly subscription

Is that simple!

Next you wonder which company should I sign up with? 

Register for domain can be easy as you just need to choose a cheap and reliable company to register. And make sure they provide automatic renewal yearly for your domain. As you do not want to 'lost' your domain just because you forget to renew.

Take note: if you want to make your site easier for people to remember, you may like to choose your domain to end with .com

Finding a best web hosting & cheap web hosting company is not easy. Some web hosting company provide dedicated web hosting service. If you are creating a site for your personal (not business), dedicated web hosting service may not be required (because it cost more too). 

I tried many and finally come to this site. They are the best value for money I have found and I am currently using them. The most important on choosing a good web hosting company is to make sure they provide 'cPanel'. You might wonder what is a cPanel? Each web hosting company have their own platform for you to program how your website run. cPanel is the easiest I came across. An example would be, if you want a forum in your web site, it just a few click away. It should take not more than 5 mins to create a forum!

Cheap web hosting (value for money) would be great, because you need to pay your web hosting company monthly subscription. And don't forget to make sure they have auto-renewal.
