How to choose a right domain for your site

Choosing a domain can be easy or can be difficult.

If you are thinking of choosing a single word domain, forget about it because those are the dinosaurs age. Every single word in the dictionary had already been registered by someone else.

So how? Choosing multiple words domain seem complicated? Not really. First of all, DO NOT use '-' to separate your multiple words domain. E.g. my-very-first-domain.com. Try telling someone your domain verbally. "My dash very dash first dash domain dot com". You get what I mean? It would still be better if you choose myfirstdomain.com

If you are thinking can search engines engines find my domain? YES, the search engines robots CAN find you domain. So not to worry.

Next is to find a suitable domain for your site content. Having a domain as close to what your site will be would be great. If you are going to do a site on plants and garden, you might want to choose something like mygardensecret.com.
